The beauty of a Primordial Sound Mantra is that it’s uniquely tailored to you, based on the vibrational sound of the universe at the time and place of your birth. In our busy lives, we often are not connected with our True or Higher Selves. This may leave us feeling empty and dissatisfied; we might struggle with motivation or lack of direction, and we struggle to make the right decisions and create a life we love living.

COURSE CONTENT
3 group sessions (on the 18th and 25th of January 2025, and the 1st of February 2025) to learn and practice together. Group sessions are held in Louth, Lincolnshire and are on Saturdays, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
1 private one-on-one session where you receive your personal mantra and support to tailor the practice to your needs. This session needs to be scheduled separtely.

Here are a few simple requirements to join the course:
- Be comfortable sitting for 30-minute meditation sessions.
- Feel at ease participating in a live group environment.
- Open to both beginners and those with meditation experience.
Course Fee:
- Just £49 for the entire program, including your personal mantra. You can pay with cash, card, contactless, or by bank transfer.
